BrandING and Website Design EXPERIENCE

The Authority Experience: research-first branding and a custom Showit website for people who help people... minus the months-long process and the identity crisis it usually takes to get there.

Let's get your brand off your to-do list, for good.

THE AUTHORITY EXPERIENCE

Because the people you're meant to help aren't out there comparing fonts. They're choosing a person. And the moment your brand finally lets them see her clearly... that's when everything shifts. The hiding stops. The hesitating stops. You let people in.

That's who I build for: coaches, therapists, consultants, and founders who are done being the best-kept secret in their space. And if that's you, I'm so glad you found...

That right there is a visibility gap.

The people who help people are always the last to sort out their own brand.
(You know I'm right.)

Every single client I work with has the same story. They're amazing at what they do. Their clients get real results. But they've been SO busy pouring into everyone else's cups that their own brand is telling a completely different story... one that's smaller, quieter, and less them than they actually are.

And here's what that actually costs. When your brand tells a smaller story, you start shrinking to match it. You hold back. You second-guess sharing your own work. You hesitate on the offer, the price, the post. All while watching people who aren't half as good get treated as the go-to in their space, purely because their brand is doing the talking for them.

My confidence has skyrocketed and I proudly send people to my website now.

Launch week resulted in THREE bookings after a dry spell of NONE!

The Authority Experience is a focused, momentum-driven brand design and Showit website design experience for established service businesses who want to go from a brand that feels borrowed to a brand world so unmistakably theirs that the comparison game quietly ends itself. Built to hold it all together: live, working, and designed to outlast the trend cycle.

The Authority Experience

You won't just leave with a brand you love, you'll leave knowing exactly why it works and how to run with it. The kind of certain that makes you finally hit publish, raise your price, send the link.

CONFIDENCE THAT OUTLASTS THE PROJECT.

Strategy that's actually strategy, not a gimmick.

Audience insights, positioning, competitor review and creative direction... all pulled apart and put back together with intention, every decision made before I design a single thing. (This is the part most designers skip. I don't.)

A three-logo suite (primary, secondary, and logo mark), typography, and colour palette. Everything you need, zero fluff, no 60-page brand bible gathering digital dust.

Your brand identity: exactly what you need and no fluff.

Your website, custom-built. (5 pages, Showit) ... designed around your offers and the people you want more of, and built so you can update it yourself afterwards. No unmanageable code. No phoning a designer for every comma.

A 5-page custom Showit website to call your own.

The Conversion Copy Kit, my page-by-page guide to the words your site needs. Your copy gets drafted before we even begin, with the structure doing the heavy lifting instead of a blank page.

The Conversion Copy Kitthat guides your words.

Brand files, a tutorial walkthrough, your brand guide, and a 10-day post-launch support window while you settle into your new brand world.

A proper handoff, not just a ding-dong-ditch of files.

TL;DR:

What you'll walk away with:

I'll handle the brand and the build, the Kit will handle the words, and you'll never again look at your own website wondering why it doesn't sound like you.

Weeks, not months. Zero chaos.

Okay... but how will all this actually work?

The Launch Phase

The Prep Phase

The foundation. (Before day one)

I hand everything over... your files, a tutorial walking you through your own site, and a 10-day  open support window for the settling-in period. No scramble, no "now what." You chose right, and now you get to just breathe.

And finally: ease.

The Design Phase

Most of your people will meet you on their phones, so I optimise every page for mobile until it feels just as considered on a small screen as a big one. Then we do the final polish, and we launch. This is the fun part.

Week three: your website (mobile BUILD)

This is where it all starts taking shape. I build out your full identity from the direction we locked in... your logo suite, your colour palette, your brand fonts, the whole system working together. By the end of the week you'll see your brand as an actual brand and not just a mood board.

Week one: Your brand identity.

Now your brand stops being a set of pieces and becomes a place. Your place. I bring it all to life as a living Showit site, designed desktop-first so we get the full layout exactly right before we shape it down. This is the week it starts to feel real.

Week two: your website (Desktop BUILD)

Onboarding, your strategy questionnaire, and the Conversion Copy Kit land in your inbox upfront, and we lock in your creative direction together before design week even begins.

Nothing starts until everything's in and the direction is locked. It's the unglamorous part and it's the part where you'll have a bit of homework to do but that's the entire reason the weeks that follow run on momentum instead of email threads: no warm-up meetings, no week-one admin.

From there, each part of your brand world gets its own focused week, and every week runs the same way... I build Monday to Wednesday, present it to you Thursday, you give honest feedback, and we lock it Friday before moving on.

Here's what those focused weeks actually buy you:

You launch sooner, which means you start earning back the investment sooner. And neither of us spends three months watching pixels get nudged around between long silences, slowly losing the plot. That's the whole magic trick really... momentum.

We keep moving, so the work stays sharp and you're out there being seen while it still feels exciting.

Why I built the authority experience

There's an old folk song called Little Boxes by a bit of a legend and activist called Malvina Reynolds  (listen to it here... it's a bop. She sings about rows of houses, a green one and a pink one and a blue one, all made of ticky-tacky, all looking just the same. That's the design industry right now. Same fonts, same palettes, same "I made a Pinterest board and called it a brand" energy. It looks great for about eight months (if that), then it melts into everything else out there and you're back at square one, paying to rebrand again.

No more ticky-tacky

The truth is, pretty much every industry out there is oversaturated.

But that doesn't mean you need to look like everyone else.

I'm in the business of building brand worlds -
not making things pretty with an expiry date.

I come from science and teaching (labcoats and microscopes included), so I physically cannot skip straight to the pretty stuff. I pull your business apart the way I used to pull apart a research problem: your audience, your positioning, your competitors, your messaging. The design comes after the thinking, which is exactly why it still works when the trend cycle moves on.

And before you ask: no, the focused timeline doesn't mean corners get cut. It means the gaps get cut. Years of delivering big, complex studio projects taught me exactly where time gets wasted in this industry, and I built this experience without any of those parts.

You want a brand that's unmistakably yours, not just  a prettier version of what everyone else is doing.

04.

You're ready to do the deep work upfront, then get out of your own way and let me build.

03.

You can feel something's off with your brand, even if you can't quite articulate what.

02.

You help people for a living... coach, therapist, consultant, OBM... and you're quietly brilliant at it.

01.

I built the Authority Experience for people who help people.

This will work beautifully if:

It's NOT the right fit if you're still figuring out what you sell, or if you want six months of exploring every possible direction. This experience makes decisions and keeps moving. That's rather the point of it.

I run The Tomorrow Collective from South Africa, designing exclusively on Showit for 5+ years: my own clients, plus years behind the scenes as a lead designer in big studios, building brands for some of the biggest names in the coaching space. So you get big-studio thinking from someone who actually knows your name.

I genuinely give a damn. Not just in a cute way, but in a "your brand lives in my head and I'll have my best idea for it while I'm making my 5am coffee" way. I'd rather push you toward something brave and true than hand you something safe, pretty, and forgettable.

You know that "daaaamn, she knows what she's doing" feeling you want your own clients to have the moment they find you? You deserve to feel that about the person building your brand. And if you'll have me, I'd love to be that person for you.

I'M IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING THE PEOPLE WHO HELP PEOPLE IMPOSSIBLE TO OVERLOOK, WITH A BRAND THAT COULD ONLY EVER BE THEIRS, NOT A COPY OF A COPY OF A COPY.

Still have questions?

Launch week resulted in THREE  bookings after a dry spell of NONE!

Good question, because "branding" has become one of those words that somehow means everything and nothing at the same time. In this experience, brand design means the visual side of your business gets built properly: your logo suite, colour and font system, creative direction, and a brand guide so you actually know how everything fits together afterwards. Underneath that, I also do the thinking first (audience, positioning, competitors… all the nerdy bits) so the design isn't just vibes and a Pinterest board. What you won't get is a 60-page PDF full of words like "synergy" that nobody opens ever again. You'll leave with a simple, fail-proof brand guide that shows you exactly how to use your assets properly.

Perfect. Genuinely. Most people don't. You do not need a perfectly curated Pinterest board, a secret passion for typography, or a fully formed vision before we start. You just need to know something isn't clicking and decide you're done leaving it that way. The rest? That's my job. The research, direction, and decision-making are built into the experience so we're creating from truth instead of from "I saw this cool thing on Instagram."

Yes... but you're not doing it alone, and you're not doing it from scratch. This is exactly why the Conversion Copy Kit exists. It walks you through every page section by section, tells you precisely what each part needs, and gives you AI prompts to get a rough draft going if the blank page is the scary bit. Most people who "can't write about themselves" actually can... they just need someone to ask the right questions in the right order, which is what the Kit does. And here's the honest why: I design around your words, so I need your copy before I start building. A site designed before the copy exists ends up with pretty boxes that don't fit what you actually need to say. Your words come first, then I make them look unmistakably you.

You don't need to clear your calendar, but you do need to show up at the decision points and get feedback back to me within a day. The momentum is what makes this work; if either of us disappears for three days, we're back to being every other design project. And we are not every other design project.

Your start date moves, not the standard. Your spot stays yours, the dates shift. It's the one rule that protects everything else.

Most experiences run three focused weeks once your foundation work is in: one for your brand, one for your desktop site, one for mobile and polish. I'll confirm your exact timeline before we book, and then we keep to it. What it never takes is months.

The gaps. The waiting on content, the week-long feedback silences, the designer juggling five other projects and slowly forgetting your strategy call. The strategy and design are the same calibre I've delivered on months-long studio projects. The dead air is the only casualty.

Complete design freedom, a really client-friendly editing experience, and the flexibility to create something custom without making your website impossible to manage afterwards. If custom code is ever used, it's there to support the experience, not complicate it. You'll still be able to confidently update and manage your site yourself. It's the only platform I build on, which means I know every corner of it.

Yes… but not in a weird keyword-stuffing, write-for-robots kind of way. Your site will be built with clean structure, thoughtful page hierarchy, mobile optimisation, and the basic foundations search engines actually care about. I care far more about making a website people understand than gaming an algorithm for six minutes. The good news is those things tend to work together surprisingly well. If you're serious about rankings and want to go properly down the SEO rabbit hole, I can point you toward brilliant SEO specialists. (Just note: I don't do advanced SEO implementation or Google Search Console setup.)

Then you go off and live your beautiful little brand life. But seriously: by handoff you'll have your files, your walkthrough, and a website you can actually update yourself because you'll have custom tutorial walkthroughs for all-things Showit. The support window is there for settling-in questions, tiny hiccups, and the "wait… where do I click?" moments. If you need something bigger later on, reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense.

The Authority Experience has a set structure and fixed deliverables, because that's part of what makes the process work so well. If you already have branding or you're only looking for a website or a single page, reach out anyway. We'd just look at a different project structure rather than adapting this experience into something it isn't.

Three things, all paid directly to their providers rather than to me: your Showit subscription (your site's home, billed by Showit), any font licences your brand identity calls for, and your domain. I'll point you to exactly what you need for each, no surprises, but they sit outside the project fee.

A 50% deposit reserves your project dates, and the remaining 50% is due before final handover.
